Vendor Fees

Early Bird Pricing (before March 17, 2027)

• Two Days – $120                                                                                                                      • One Day – $75                                                                                                                          • Shared Table – $140                                                                                                                • Two Tables – Add 50% to the applicable table fee

Regular Pricing

• Two Days – $130                                                                                                                      • One Day – $80                                                                                                                          • Shared Table – $150                                                                                                                • Two Tables – Add 50% to the applicable table fee

To reserve your space, payment may be made by:

Your registration will be confirmed once payment has been received.  A confirmation email will then be sent to you

Note:  Auto deposit for email transfer - no password is required

Additional Information

Setup 

• The building opens for vendor set up at 8:00 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday
• One 6-foot table and two chairs are included
• If you require a massage table or massage chair instead or as well as the table, please let me know in the special requests section of the registration.

Table Location 

• Your name will be displayed on your table
• If you request a different location, I will do my best to accommodate you whenever possible

Electrical Power

• Electrical outlets are limited and assigned on a first-requested, first assigned basis
• Most outlets are located on the stage and need extension cords to reach
• Please bring a long extension cord if electrical power is required

Parking

• Parking near the hall is limited during the fair times
• After unloading, please move your vehicle if possible.  If you have mobility issues, then parking in the back is ok.
• Additional parking is available in the mall parking lot across the road or between Sybil Andrews Cottage and the park
• This helps keep parking spaces close to the hall for available visitors

During the Fair

• Please remain set up until 4:00 p.m. out of respect for visitors and your fellow vendors.  If people pack up early visitors think we are closing!  Not good!

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received more than one week before the event will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations received within one week of the event, or failure to attend either day, are non-refundable

Wi-Fi

• Free Wi-Fi s available
• Connection information is posted on the wall near the kitchen

Fire Regulations

• Open flames, including candles are not permitted inside the building

Advertising

• The fair will be promoted through social media, posters, and other advertising
• Please help spread the word by sharing our posts on your own social media pages
• The more we share, the more successful the weekend will be for everyone

Food 

• A food vendor will be on site
• Tim Hortons, Discovery Foods (deli), and other restaurants are within walking distance.
